 Do I need a Proctor or
disinterested third party?
No,
you simply take the required test after completing the course – on-line. Each test is timed and will be immediately
scored upon completion.
How will I know if I have
received CE credit?
As soon as you finish
the test you will receive a score. If
you have a 70% or better you have passed. A course completion certificate will be displayed on your screen, which
you can print for your records. Results are sent to our office. We file CE
credits on the 15th and last day of the month with Prometric. They process the
credits and return the results to us. We
will send you an email when we receive confirmation of credits submitted. You
can go to Prometric's website to confirm that your credits have been applied.
Can I take the test more
than once?
Yes, you can take the test twice without incurring
any additional expenses.
I don’t like tests, How
hard are the tests?
This is relative. If you read the material, they are not
difficult. All tests are 4 (A,B,C,D)
option multiple choice Each three-hour
course has 25 questions with 45 minutes to complete the test. Six-hour courses
have 50 questions and 90 minutes to complete the test. A score of 70% will give you your credits. Each course has a practice
test that can be printed.
Can I
download the material?
Yes. Our program requires
you to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher to download the
material. If you do not have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download a free version from
our website.
Do I have to
take each course and test in one sitting?
No, this is the beauty of the program. You can take the courses at your leisure. No need to hurry to attend a class. No concerns about sitting
for hours in a classroom. You’re free
to do what you want, when you want.
Can I log on
at any time of the day?
Yes, this is a 24/7
method of completing CE. It doesn’t
make any difference where you are in the world, as long as you can log onto the
Internet.
How do I
start my courses?
After paying for your CE hours, simply log onto our website,
www.agentschoiceonline.com,
and click on "student log in", go to the course
catalog and
click "Enroll". The enroll button will
change to "View Course" and will stay open so that you may return to your
course.
