Instructions
To begin your course, click on "Student
Log In" and enter your email address and password. The
courses you have purchased will appear. Click on "Go to
Course". Your course will open. You will find a link to the
practice test and the final test at the end of each
document.Once you have finished reading the material, click
on the box titled:

Note: Each three (3) hour, four
(4) hour and six (6) hour course tests have a 45 minutes
time limit and has twenty-five (25) 4-option multiple choice
questions. Each eight (8) hour course test has a 70 minutes
time limit and has thirty-five (35) questions.

Requirements
The North Carolina Department of
Insurance requires all internet/online course candidates to
complete a test for each course.

You must achieve 70% or better in
order to pass the test.

Your score will be reported to us
at the end of each test attempt.

Once you have passed your test, you
will be prompted to print an "attestation" to be
completed by you verifying that you took the course
final test without assistance. This "Attestation" may be
mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to us.

When we have received the
attestation we will report your credits to Vertafore and
send you a course completion certificate for your
records.
Tips
for Optimizing Your Testing Experience

Pop-Up Blocker software must be
disabled.

Cookies must be enabled.

The test is best viewed at 800 x
600 resolution.

While testing you can not minimize
or have more than one screen on at a time. The test-site
will not allow more than one screen while testing. If
you attempt this, it will grade automatically and close
out.

If you leave the test for any
reason it will result in the test ending and scored.

If you have dial-up and get knocked
off, it will grade automatically and close out.

If your screensaver comes on, it
will grade automatically and close out.
