This course covers the fundamentals of Workers Compensation and Employers Liability that most insurance professionals working in the business market should know. After covering the fundamentals, the course moves into more complex issues. The course will take a look at issues that will not necessarily come up on a regular basis. Some of the course will cite case law to illustrate the complexity of Workers Compensation.  This course would be useful to any insurance professional that works with employers and businesses.
