CE COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

If you were born in an EVEN year, you must complete the number of hours in your birth-date month by the end of that month in 2008.

If you were born in an ODD year, you must complete 12 hours, plus the number of hours in you birth-date month by the end of that month in 2009.

Example: If you were born in March of an even year, you will need to complete 3 hours by the end of March. You will then need 24 hours of CE by March of 2010.

Example: If you were born in March of an odd year, you will need to complete 15 (12 + 3) hours of CE by the end of March 2009. You will then need 24 hours of CE by the end of March 2011.

Life and Health Agents

You will need to take an Ethics course by Dec. 31, 2009.

Property and Casualty Agents

You will need to take an Ethics and a Flood course by Dec. 31, 2009.
