CE COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

If you were born in an EVEN year, you must complete the 24 hours by the last day of your birth month in the even numbered year.

If you were born in an odd numbered year, you must complete the 24 hours by the last day of your birth month in the odd numbered year.

For example: If you were born in March of an even numbered year, you will need to complete 24 hours by the end of March 2012 

For example: If you were born in March of an odd numbered year, you will need to complete 24 hours by the end of March 2013 

 Life Agents and Health Agents

You are required to take a 3 hour Ethics course in every compliance period. This course counts towards your 24 hour requirement

Property Agents and Casualty Agents

You are required to take a 3 hour  Ethics course in each compliance period. You will also need to take a 3 hour Flood course every other compliance period. These course will count towards your 24 hour requirement

Long-term Care Partnership Policy CE Requirements

If you are selling the Long-term Care Partnership Policy you are required to take a 4 hour refresher course in every compliance period. This course will count towards your 24 hour requirement.
