The Agentís Choice PLE Medicare Supplement/LTC course covers all topics that are addressed on the North Carolina state Insurance Agent license exam as found in the NORTH CAROLINA INSURANCE LICENSING EXAMINATION CANDIDATE GUIDE CONTENT OUTLINE.

The course covers all of the following subjects needed to pass the North Carolina state Medicare Supplement/LTC agents insurance exam:

  • Explanation of Medicare in general

  • Medicare Part A, B, C, and D

  • Medicare Supplements policies (MEDIGAPS)

  • Medicaid

  • Long Term Care (LTC) policies

The course is divided into online study modules with online testing after each module. The course is completed with an online final exam to receive the state examination admission ticket. 

During the course you will have access to an instructor who wrote the material and has 40 years experience as a licensed insurance professional. He is able to answer your questions by email.

This course does NOT cover topics NOT relative to the North Carolina Casualty Agent Exam.

This course requires a Timed and Monitored Exam

North Carolina Department of Insurance regulations require that an online prelicensing course accompanied by a printed text must have a timed and monitored final exam.

The monitor for the exam may be any person 18 years of age or older who is a disinterested third-party. The exam can be taken at any location of your or the monitorís choice.

If you do not wish to take a monitored final exam, return to the course order screen and chose the online course only. There is not a requirement for a monitor when taking the final exam for online only courses.
